Learning goals:
CE.EFL.5.9. Production – Fluency: Present information clearly and influence an audience effectively through well-developed arguments in prepared presentations and other forms of oral communication.
CE.EFL.5.4. Communicate effectively using a variety of media and formats, including ICT, by saying things in alternative ways and applying self-correcting and self-monitoring strategies when needed.
CE.EFL.5.11. Identify and apply a range of reading strategies in order to make texts meaningful and to select information within a text that might be of practical use for one’s own personal needs.

Learning activities:
2hrs: Watch the TedxTalk, and read the text about Studying Abroad, in a DOC answer the questions. 1. What does “study abroad” mean? 2. If a university has an agreement established with another, what does that entail? 3. What are the advantages of studying abroad, write at least 5?
1hrs: In a Canva presentation, choose a country or city you would like to go studying abroad. Use images and talk about why would you like to go to that place?, what would you like to learn there?, what would you like to study there?, which places would you like to visit?, would you be interested in learning a new language?.
2hrs: Presentation about gerunds, examples and explanation about the topic. Fill the worksheet.
